Academy of Art University is a great school to go to for Film. I took online Film classes there and learned a lot! Since all of their instructors are industry experts, I was able to get a lot of valuable information, while preparing for success in life after college. Once I graduated, I landed a great job at Zephyr Films. Some of my friends who have graduated from there have also gone on to work for big-name companies. You can see a list of companies that hire Academy grads by visiting.
As far as costs go, the Academy offers a lot of ways to fund your education, so I strongly recommend speaking with one of their Financial Aid representatives. I used to think I couldn’t afford to go there either, but thanks to grants, scholarships, and loans, I was able to. Not only that, but because I was able to land a well-paying job after college thanks to my education at the Academy, I’ve more than made up any costs incurred now ☺
